Who we are
This website is operated by Shoolin Logistics LLC, 30N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Shoolin Logistics LLC is the sole company responsible for this website. No other company is covered by this policy.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us through one of the two forms on this website.
Quote request form (home page): your name, email address, phone number, subject, the service you are interested in, your message, and whether you checked the box consenting to be contacted by text message.
Contact form (contact page): your name, email address, phone number, subject, your message, and the same consent checkbox.
Along with each submission we record the date and time it was received and a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of the network address it came from. The fingerprint cannot be reversed into an address; it exists only so that we can stop automated abuse of the forms. We do not store the address itself.
We do not ask for, and this website has no way to collect, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or any special category of personal data.
Why we collect it and what we do with it
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and to quote and provide the logistics services you asked about. Concretely, each submission does two things: it is stored in our database, and a notification containing the same information is emailed to the Shoolin Logistics mailbox so that a person reads it.
If you checked the consent box, we take that as your agreement to be contacted by text message about your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by writing to us at the address below. Withdrawing it does not stop us from answering you by email or phone.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with any third party for that party's own marketing, and phone numbers given for text-message contact are not shared with anyone for marketing purposes.
Who processes it on our behalf
We use two service providers to run this website. They process information on our instructions and for no purpose of their own:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, delivers it to your browser, and hosts the database in which form submissions are stored.
- Zoho Corporation provides our email service and delivers the notification message generated by each form submission.
Some pages load resources from other providers, which means those providers can see your network address and browser when the page loads. These are Google Fonts (typefaces, on every page), Google Maps (the map of our Sheridan address, on the contact page only), and the jsDelivr and Cloudflare public code libraries. We do not send them any information you type into a form.
Cookies
This website sets one cookie of its own, named allowCookies. It is created only if
you press Accept on the cookie notice, it records that choice for seven days, and it contains
nothing else. Pressing Reject deletes it. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our database so that we have a record of what a customer asked for and what we answered. They are deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time using the contact details below.
How it is protected
The whole website is served over an encrypted connection. Form submissions travel encrypted, are stored in a database that is not reachable from the public internet, and are readable only through credentials held by Shoolin Logistics LLC. The mailbox that receives the notifications belongs to Shoolin Logistics LLC.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on the request. There is no cost and you do not need to give a reason.
Children
This website offers business logistics services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
When this policy is replaced by the reviewed version, the new effective date will appear at the top of this page.
