Drayage
The transportation of a container between the port or rail ramp and its next destination.
About Us
Shoolin Logistics was built on a simple belief: great things happen when the right people connect.
Our story crosses borders, cultures, and industries bringing together people who share the same values of trust, collaboration, and doing business the right way.
At the heart of our brokerage is that same belief: connecting shippers with reliable carrier partners, creating the right transportation solutions, and keeping business moving.
Why us
At Shoolin Logistics, we believe great logistics starts from within.
We take care of our team because we know that when our people feel supported, valued, and connected, they take better care of the people who count on us. And that makes a difference.
It means answering when you need us. It means communicating instead of leaving you wondering. It means working with carriers who are treated as partners, not just another truck. It means paying attention to your freight and staying involved when something doesn’t go as planned.
Because behind every shipment are people, and we believe every one of them matters.
Our customers, our carriers, our drivers, and our team are all part of the same operation. When we work together, communicate openly, and treat each other with respect, everything moves better.
That’s the kind of logistics company we want to be. Not just a company that finds a truck. A team you can trust to care about your freight as much as you do.
We take care of our people. They take care of you. And together, we move your business forward.
Our story
One of our founders is originally from Argentina and has called the United States home for more than 20 years. She grew up in a family where trucks, transportation, service, and the idea of making people happy were always part of the conversation. Over the years, she built a career in the logistics industry, developing the experience, relationships, and understanding that would eventually become the foundation of this company.
Our other founder is based in India.
For more than seven years, we worked together from opposite sides of the logistics industry. One of us was a customer hiring transportation services, while the other was a service provider making those shipments happen.
We worked together. We learned from each other. We built trust.
And somewhere along the way, a professional relationship became a friendship, long before we ever met in person.
Thousands of miles apart, we discovered that we shared much more than a passion for logistics. We shared the same values, the same work ethic, and the same belief that business can be built on trust, respect, and genuine relationships.
After years of working together, we finally had the opportunity to meet in person. What had started as a professional relationship across borders had grown into a genuine friendship and a shared vision for what we could build together.
Eventually, we asked ourselves:
What if we built something together?
And that question became Shoolin Logistics.
Built on connection
We believe logistics is not simply about moving freight from one place to another.
It is about connecting people.
Connecting a customer with a carrier.
Connecting one country with another.
Connecting an opportunity with the people who can make it happen.
And behind every shipment, there are real people, customers, carriers, drivers, employees, partners, and families, all trusting one another to keep things moving.
That is why people are at the heart of everything we do.
Our goal is simple: to provide excellent service while creating relationships where everyone can succeed.
We believe a successful shipment should not come at someone else’s expense. Our customers deserve to feel valued. Our carriers deserve to be treated with respect. Our employees deserve to feel appreciated and supported. And our company should grow by creating value for everyone involved.
We don’t believe in taking advantage of people to grow.
We believe in growing with people.
Our name
The name Shoolin represents something deeply meaningful to us: faith, perseverance, and the belief that anything is possible when you refuse to give up.
It represents the mindset with which we started this company and the mindset we continue to carry every day.
There will always be challenges. There will always be things we can improve. And there will always be more to learn.
But we believe that if you keep moving forward, keep believing, keep learning, and keep treating people with honesty and respect, you can build something meaningful.
That belief is part of who we are.
Still moving forward
Shoolin Logistics is still growing, and that is something we are proud of.
Every day, we learn something new. We improve our processes. We listen to our customers. We learn from our carriers. We invest in our team. And we look for better ways to serve the people who trust us with their business.
We may have started with two women in two different countries who met through logistics, but Shoolin is no longer just our story.
It is the story of every customer who trusts us, every carrier who works with us, every driver who moves the freight, and every member of our team who helps make it happen.
Because at the end of the day, we are all people first.
And when people are treated with respect, trust, and genuine care, business becomes more than a transaction.
It becomes a relationship.
That is the kind of logistics company we are building.
That is Shoolin Logistics.
What we move
Freight takes more than a truck. As a freight brokerage, we connect your shipment with the right carriers, equipment, and transportation solutions. But moving freight takes more than finding capacity. We stay involved, keep communication clear, and help keep every shipment moving from pickup to delivery.
